Australasian Maritime Institute (AMI) is our newest website to go live. Having designed and built the previous version, Michael from AMI, returned to us to design their new website.
Client Brief:
Our aim was to create a modern easy to navigate website that is also accessible from mobile devices. The previous website was built on the Mambo Content Management System (CMS), which is no longer supported and was difficult to update. WordPress has been installed due to it’s ease of use and exceptional support.
A custom theme was designed to encompass the requirements outlined by the management and staff, to create obvious calls to action and an easy on the eye layout with priority areas visible at a glance.
Custom category pages were created to list courses from each category on it’s own page. A sidebar containing course links from the same category was also incorporated on each individual course page.
